[cisco-voip] How do I migrate users off CUCMBE to full version ?

The restore would fail if you tried to do it that way. I have tried. I strongly suggest doing a full export via bat, restoring to a lab box, and checking what fails and why. Then build a procedure on what you have to configure before importing the exported data. Once you have that in place, and have successfully imported into a lab CUCM without losing data or configuration, do it in production.
I have done it in the past and had good results.

You can't restore a CUCMBE backup to CUCM it will give you an error about mismatched products Now It gets that info from an xml file that is with the backups and I'd bet you could modify that and make it work but I didn't try that and I'd still be worried about some of the database stuff because of the links that BE has between the two products

It seems like you should be able to use COBRAS to backup/restore most of the settings for connection.

It would be interesting to see if you can restore to a standalone CUCM installation. You'll need the exact same version installed on the stand alone server.
