[cisco-voip] Attendant Console Solutions

So in my former position we used Arc Solutions.

I know that Cisco also re-brands Arc in there solution.

my question is, has anyone ever tried to use CUCIMOC as and Attendant
Console?

Was it a good Solution?

What are the pro's and con's?

we are currently on CM 4.2 upgrading to 7.1 next month, and already have a
large pilot of OCS / MOC.

Price wise I think I could be better off with CUCIMOC because of the need of
presence and communication.

Currently we use UCCx for call queuing and routing, so CUCIMOC would just be
used for transferring to the correct person.

Let me know your thoughts.
