[cisco-voip] Unity / exchange

Any version I've installed, if exchange is booted, I always boot
unity. The back end exchange gets really crabby and the reboot fixes
it. It's a 'big hammer' approach, but it's the most effective way to
fix it.

Sent from my phone, apologies for any typos.
