Greetings;
   I use a CUCM 6.1.3.1107 and Unity Connections 2.1.3 box.   The problem is
that I have it when a user gets moved from my building and put in another
(using say a Siemens system) and the gets a new extension.   (the system
forwards out just fine.   I was testing this originally with internal
extensions to see if I could get this to work)

I wanted to have unity simply announce the change in extension and tranfer
them.   Or at least just announce the change.    I couldn't find anything on
that so the next option was to just have the announcement and then transfer
the call to the new extension, that didnt seem to work.   (I made a call
handler to forward to an extension, it works and annouces the new extension
number when the old extension is dialed, it just doesnt transfer it.  It
goes right to voice mailbox that doesnt exist)

So anyway, can unity make an announcement stating the users new extension?
Or do I just bite the bullet and make a personal annoucement stating the new
extension.   (change the users voicemail and not take messages)

Ideas?
