[cisco-voip] CCM 712 speed dialing updates

[cisco.voip]

The BAT doesn't look like what I need, more description -
If I change a user's phone number (554-1212) to (554-1012, that speed 
dial may be in different positions for other users.
Is there a way to glabal change the number in the verious speed dial 
lists maintained by users?
