[cisco-voip] Phonebook

The CM is a 7.1.3 publisher, no subscriber, has about 100 users on it.
 It has no custom XML service, I built this system myself and am about
the only one behind changes to it.  There is no AD integration, only
internal users are setup.

I think that is where the issue lies, I didn't build users for the
remote phones, I've only built users where mobility or login for
reports was needed,   I assumed that the directory was built off of
the DN and the name associated with it.

Not a huge deal, our company uses a spreadsheet for phone directory,
maintained manually.  We've never been able to convince them to use
the AD address book for this, or even something built into the phones,
its not as user friendly to them.
