cool. i'll try that debug.... 

i tried a debug TFTP and all i got was TFTP attempts, nothing else. 

this will hopefully confirm that it is indeed a TFTP issue. at least i can start with that.

Try doing a debug ccm-manager config-download and see if you can 
notice a problem with the commands being applied, etc. Usually it 
lists the bad commands in the show ccm output but looks like nothing 
is in that part of output you posted. 

The CUCM having an IP address listed for the ports indicates these 
ports were registered at some point recently....
