[cisco-voip] Incorrect behavior Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer

DNA is just telling you what the routing should be based on the database. 
Things like unregistered route lists, unregistered gateways, etc it cannot account for.
You can also get mismatched behavior caused by missed change notifications, broken replication, etc that DNA will not reflect.
