[cisco-voip] OS Discs

Good luck with this. I received my 2 UCM appliances all pre-installed,
my Unity Connection pre-installed, and the MCS server for UCCX7 not
preinstalled but with UCCX installation disk. After about 2 weeks of
messing with the PUT tool and numerous Cisco techs on how to get the OS
disk, I finally had my Cisco account manager escalate it to the PUT
escalation manager. It's been 4 weeks since I originally put my PUT in
and still have not received the OS media.

In your case since it's a new cluster I am pretty sure the OS media
ships with the MCS.

Subject: [cisco-voip] OS Discs

I ordered new servers and licensing for a new cluster I'm standing up.
The partner had the licenses and application media shipped to my
location and the servers to the location where they're going to be
installed. My problem is with Unity and UCCX. I received the media to
actually install the programs, but no media for the OS. Does the media
for the OS ship in the same boxes as the servers? Or should these arrive
with the application media?

Nor my partner or Cisco can tell me the answer to this thus far.

Thanks,

Tim
