Hi,
Caller A---PSTN---CCM --- CRS providing AA.

Phone B, Ext-1000
Caller A hits AA, dials extension 1000 to reach Phone B. Phone B has two parameters set, "Call-forward no answer (External) to 1001" and :call-forward no answer (Internal) to 1002". If 1000 doesn't answer where would the call be forwarded. Since the call coming to Phone Bl would be from CTI Port, I think it would go to 1001, reason being CTI Port are controlled by external entity. Very simple to test but don't have setup handy to confirm, can someone pl help?
