[cisco-voip] Intermittent softkeys dissappearing while on call

What typically happens is new users get confused about how the phone
works with multiple calls.

Most likely is a second call starts ringing in before they complete the
transfer and when the focus changes to the new call the softkeys change.
Teach them how to toggle back up to the first call then when this
occurs. There is also a setting on the newer phones that allows you to
change this behavior

Auto Call Select:

The Auto Call Select setting allows enabling or disabling of the
automatic call focus switching feature. When "Enabled", the phone UI
will automatically switch focus to certain calls on the same line if no
user interaction has occurred for 10 seconds. If "Disabled", the phone
UI will not automatically switch call focus. The default for this
setting is "Enabled". Disabling the Auto Call Select feature
automatically disables the Auto Line Select feature.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Intermittent softkeys dissappearing while on call

I have heard from a couple of users that sometimes they transfer a call
and then after dialing the destination but before hitting transfer again
the softkeys disappear from the screen and then they think they can't
finish the transfer. I had one person report that if they hit the hard
button for where the transfer softkey would be it goes through.

Has anyone seen this? This is CCM 8.0 with 7962s.Thanks!
