[cisco-voip] Intermittent softkeys dissappearing while on call

I've heard users complaining about this behavior as well on several type of
phones. Running 7.1.x

Don't have the exact version available.

I have heard from a couple of users that sometimes they transfer a call and
then after dialing the destination but before hitting transfer again the
softkeys disappear from the screen and then they think they can't finish the
transfer. I had one person report that if they hit the hard button for where
the transfer softkey would be it goes through.

 

Has anyone seen this? This is CCM 8.0 with 7962s.Thanks!
