Only thing I can think of is to add extra menu call handlers for options 1 and 3 with dead air and multiple reprompt and set the caller inputs to locked. It should cycle fast enough to seem as though it's the same menu.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Two digit menu options in Cisco Unity Connection 7
Is it possible to have two digit menu selections in Cisco Unity Connection 7?
IE, Press 11 for X
Press 39 for Y
The request was to provide an emergency calling directory. Dial this one number, and then select the phone number we need from the menu of about 20-30 choices.
I also have UCCX availible, but I've never programmed ANY thing in it other than add agents to the existing queues.
The only thought I have off the top of my head is chaining menu's together.
