In the interest of simplicity, I would try to see if just having multiple single-digit menus would suffice. E.g. "press 9 to hear more choices."

Subject: [cisco-voip] Two digit menu options in Cisco Unity Connection 7
Is it possible to have two digit menu selections in Cisco Unity Connection 7?
IE, Press 11 for X
Press 39 for Y
The request was to provide an emergency calling directory. Dial this
one number, and then select the phone number we need from the menu of
about 20-30 choices.
I also have UCCX availible, but I've never programmed ANY thing in it
other than add agents to the existing queues.
The only thought I have off the top of my head is chaining menu's together.
