[cisco-voip] CUPS7 - deskphone control & RCC when using Extension Mobility

Hi guys. I've seen MOC RCC working with EM.
Have you checked the box to enable deskphone control is their CUPS profile?
Or checked that the users primary extension is set in CUCM. Plus associate the user to the DN.
