[cisco-voip] how replace the busy or ringback tone with custom prompts?

I'm not aware of an option to "replace" the hold tone. You could do a
forward busy on the DN of the device to a CTI port controlled by CRS, play
the busy prompt and then .

I personally think this is a lot of configuration and would involve CRS
scripting programming and would also involve a second point of failure.

If a user is already on a call, the callie hears the ringback tone. Can we
change this to custom prompts like the " user is on another call"

We are  running CCM 4.2 and CRS 4.0
