[cisco-voip] CME as SRST Configuration

So I am trying this out as opposed to traditional SRST and have a couple of questions. Regular SRST has the default destination concept where I can basically send any undefined incoming calls to an extension of my choice. That doesn't exist in CME-SRST. I presume I now need to setup dial-peers to deal with all my various incoming call scenarios.

If my incoming digits match a registered phone's extension will they still go directly to the phone or do I need a dial peer for that as well?

Thanks!
