[cisco-voip] RFQ for SIP

Neal,

Fax support T.38
G711 and G729 support
SIP TCP or UDP support
Allow for mid call codec negotiation
Site redundancy in CUBE routers is a must if possible

I would honestly take a look at Global Crossing.  I have worked with all of
the major carriers with SIP and so far they are the only ones that seem to
"get it" and have their act together.
