[cisco-voip] RTMT trace file deletion

It doesn't really free space though. All logging is circular and the log
partition is monitored by LPM - log partition monitor. LPM deletes files
when file system usage approaches threshold. Even if too many logs are
configured under trace settings LPM will delete files to maintain free
space.
If you're getting low disk space alerts then maybe need to look
elsewhere. There are a number of known issues for that relating to CAR
reports, locale files, and systems upgraded from 5.x
