[cisco-voip] Calling Party Transformation Pattern and CTI Route Point

If I change the calling party transformation CSS on a phone, I can manipulate the caller ID of the calling party on that phone's display using transformation patterns.  If I make the same change to a CTI route point, caller ID is not changed when the call hits the CTI route point.  Is this supposed to work?
