[cisco-voip] SUB: Regd registration issues with 7961 phone

After you did the factory default, you reset the tftp-server to point to the
new IP, what is it showing on the CUCM.  If its not showing the proper IP,
then its a problem with the CUCM and the phone config files it posts on the
tftp for download.
