[cisco-voip] IPC Dealer Turrets

In my experience the integration is straight forwarding using QSIG/E1. Even MWI works as expected. The digits seem to be sent in overlap mode within an ISDN Information message, so remember to tune the T310 timer.

I know SIP is supported by IPC, but personally I have not witnessed it.

Regards

James.

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPC Dealer Turrets

Hi all,

I am looking to integrate some IPC Dealer Turrets with a new installation of CUCM 8.5. Has anyone had any experience integrating these IPC Turrets before? If so I would really appreciate any helpful info on the topic? i.e QSIG or SIP or either, any gotchas etc

Haven't got an exact model number yet but can find out

Many thanks in advance

Russell
