[cisco-voip] CRS with CUCM 7.1

Hi all,
 
Have a nice day
I have CRS 5 integrated with CUCM7.1 and CUE
 
I have call center " business hours from 9:00AM to 19:00PM "
during business hours the CRS process works
and non business hours play prompt and redirect to voice mail
 
 
I configured 2 time period "business and non-business" then attached it to Time schedule then attached to Partitions
everything worked well
 
 
the issue is : I want to make the CRS business hours works from 9:30AM to 16:30PM during ramadan
so I modified the time period to the new time range ...................but the CRS worked from 9:00AM to 19:00PM
 
Is there anything missing to make CRS work with the new time range ...???
