[cisco-voip] New to Cisco Voice - Need to Setup Fax

The vast majority here is on a hierarchical LAN w/ routing in the access
layer (4507R-E access and 4900M cores) and we're using plain jane
auto-qos. Seems to me like your Metro-E setup is doing just fine.
I'm not sure about the version question; we are on the latest 8.5.1 so
maybe Lelio can comment?
