[cisco-voip] script editor

Hi,

My system is *Cisco Unity Express Version 7.2 *
Do I need the Cisco Unity Express 3.1 Script Editor or the 2.1 version ?
Our system did not came with it and I don't believe we have a cisco login.
Can you let me know from where I can find it ? or can someone send me and
email. I will be very grateful.
