[cisco-voip] 9971 Phones -> Anyone using them in production?

Hmm, I must be doing something wrong here.

Firmware is 9.2.1.

On the Forward All side of things, I get the toast when I press the Forward
all Softkey. I enter the destination number and the toast disappears. I
don't see any change in icon in the top bar etc showing a forward (Found the
icon in the phone docs and definately not seeing it on screen anywhere). I
don't get a Forward off button, the Forward all Softkey remains on screen
after a forward all is setup.

On Divert, yep, got a voicemail profile set for the primary DN. If an
inbound call isn't answered I go through to voicemail successfully. If I
call forward all to voicemail it works fine. If I transfer the call through
to voicemail that works as well.

I can't see what I've managed to do so wrong :). Got a TAC Case open now,
see where we get to.

Thanks for all the replies so far.

Nathan
