Hello All,

I have been lurking for a few days now.  Good to see this is an active group.

I am the IT director in a school in Missouri.  We have a cisco VOIP  
system that is nearing 3 years old now.  Dual Call managers (ver 5.x),  
just under 200 phones of the 7961, 7911, and 7941 series.  Some  
integration with FAX service and intercom and a SIP trunk.  I am not  
completely new, but I do lack full understanding of some of the more  
important (and yet hidden) details.

I'll be looking forward to a little help on those.
