I ran into something similar. My guess is that it has to do with two things:

 *   services provisioning enterprise parameter
 * phone services voicemail application not being enabled/enterprise enabled

Ok.. Seems as though a TAC engineer and I have found a new issue….

I have a TAC case open and the TAC engineer is also questioning this cause he has the same in his LAB..
So here goes….

Pressing the Voicemail button on CUCMBE 8.6.1 brings up a blank screen with the “select service…” phrase at the bottom..

NO Directories don’t pull up. No missed calls, no placed calls etc.. EVEN though they should have listed calls….

Comparison to a functional 8.0 and 8.5 system all Voicemail functions are the same..
Dialing the voicemail pilot works fine….

8.6.1 was a recommended requirement due to a bug in 8.5 not recognizing the 7828-I5.
That is in development in San Jose now..

Idea?

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Jim
