[cisco-voip] PVDM LED amber on 2911 & 3925 Routers

Anyone have any issues with their PVDM LED's going amber on both 2911
and 3925 ISR's? It always seems like its slot 1 on both models. This is
the third time this has happened so I'm starting to think it might be
code or configuration related. The first two times the entire router was
replaced to correct the issue.
