[cisco-voip] CUCM 8.6 backup

backing up the subscriber is good practice.  the subscriber backup includes custom moh and tftp files that you may upload which are not part of the standard image.  those files are not replicated from the publisher.  you can manually copy them over or you can backup and restore the subs.
