[cisco-voip] 7936 firmware issues

I ran into an issue with these on a 7.1 cluster months ago, similar
problems, but also had a weird audio issues (dropped packets) crop up about
10 minutes into the call. oddly enough the only way we could consistantly
get them to work was to remove the voice vlan config from the switch port
and set the "switchport access vlan" to the voice vlan. the client was
happy with that so we never investigated it further and hadn't seen it
since.
