[cisco-voip] Urgent help (Cisco phone directory is missing)

Neil, I have seen this happen with CM 6.x with a few isolated phones.
A quit boot of the phones brings it right back.
I never restarted the service for this issue.

Currently its working fine,I have restart the service of personal directory
helps me..... from danger :)

Directories. Is it set using IP or DNS?
If DNS, check DNS resolution, check 8080, etc.
The URLs for Personal & Corp are (taken from the xmldirectory.jsp)
