The latest version of the Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles brings this feature in…

If you alreay have Arc Premium or Arc Enterprise, then the feature has been available for a while

This was the case up until the latest update of ARC, there is now an option, on the server side configuration IIRC, that allows the phone to ring instead of the PC. If you aren't on the latest version you would need to upgrade in order to have that functionality.

Typically calls going into ARC Operator do not ring the phone, the ARC application rings, so you need the sound on the PC turned on/enabled. Once the call is ansered the phone is automatically connected using TAPI control of the phone.
