I'll answer my own question J

It's a h323 gateway and I've found the CCM Parameter "Stop Routing on User
Busy Flag"

I should have known that.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CFUR - ISDN recieves busy - will CUCM continue on to
next route group?

Hi All,

First time posting a question here and hope to become more of an active
member of this group.

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this scenario using Call
Forward Unregistered (CFUR):

1) Unregistered phone is dialled and call is sent out PRI to configured
analog line phone number on the remote sites FXO port.

2) If that analog line is busy, I would like the call to be sent across
an ICT to a Contact Center cluster.

Is there a way anyone can think of to allow the next route group to be
chosen in the route list if the PRI receives a busy signal from the analog
line?

Thanks,

Ryan
