[cisco-voip] New MCS-7835I3-K9-UCC1 (Unity Connection) won't install UC 8.0(3a)

Server boots the 8.0(3a) CD-ROM, I get the Product Deployment Selection, choose Cisco Unity Connection OK,

Beginning Hardware Setup and Firmware Modules
X3650ME: MODULES PRELOAD
Etc
Etc

Criticial Error
Could not detect the current version
Abort

I did install the Cisco FWUCD-3.6.1 before running the 8.0(3a) install, did that blow up the 8.0(3a) installer?
