[cisco-voip] Do not change IP addres in CUCM 8.5

Hi Folks,

Did some further investigation today, and found the issue is not 100% 
reproducible.  You may run into this or it may be completely fine. It 
seems to be somewhat of a timing condition based on which service 
updates the sqlhosts file first.
