[cisco-voip] Do not change IP addres in CUCM 8.5

You will not be able to do a restore using a different IP address than 
where the backup was taken.  Try one of the following:

1.  Change the IP address and perform the backup pre-migration
2.  Wait for the fix for CSCtn29923 and upgrade to that before changing 
IP address
