Sounds like that to me, we had our system reconfigured by a third party specialist who seems to have missed of a number of things including number of users voicemail profiles. I found one like it last week.

Under the directory number configuration, check what is set under the Voice Mail Profile. This determines the message button. If it is at Default, check the configuration of your voicemail profile which should at least be configured for your hunt pilot for voicemail. HTH

Hi,
When pressing the messages button on a 7911/41/61 phone I get the following error:'
No Services Configured
I can dial the Unity pilot from these phones. I've tried using the Messsags button from CUPC and a 7937, and I can get thru to Unity. I'm running UCM 8.02 and Unity 7.01. I've upgraded firware on the 7911/41/61 to the latest images. Has anyone come across a similar problem?
Kind regards,
Sechaba Mokoena
