You need to get ES version of CAD agent patch from TAC, it is for
8.5.1 SU1 and dated 6-17-11. It fixes 4 bugs involving
recording/monitoring with agent desktop. It is a manual agent.exe and
dll replacement you do on the users desktop until SU2 comes out.
Issue 1:
Description of issue: Start monitoring agent before call is sent to
agent fails to monitor once a call is made.
