Scott,

I don't have answer to that, but it was very frustrating couple weeks
dealing with it until we had a working fix. I have 3-4 previous
agent.exe fixes for this that did not work. Took 4-5 times before they
had it working. There is also an issue where it reports on all lines
on an agents phone (not just the ACD line) so your reports are off
since it is counting all the agents calls. There is feature to not
monitor non-ACD lines but that is also not working (separate bug, and
separate agent.exe fix - so you can't have all these fixes at once).
These are all suppose to be fixed in SU2 when it is available.
