[cisco-voip] Mapping outbound call to unqiue FXO port IN SRST mode

Hey

I've used Ciscos recommendation to map outbound calls from different
IP Phones to specific FXO ports. This is to have the same inbound and
outbound CLI etc.

However, I have not yet found a way to accomplish this in SRST mode. I
can make outbound calls in SRST mode, but the phone to FXO port
mapping is wrong because it just takes the first available FXO port
from my trunkgroup config.

I have not found any way to match on answer address when a phone is in
SRST mode. Do you guys know any way around this?
