[cisco-voip] Resovled: Virtual Machine shows disconnected in vSphere after utils system restart, can't ssh to VM, etc

I've ran into this a couple times with the C210M2 servers, Virtual Machine NIC shows disconnected in vSphere after utils system restart, can't ssh to VM, etc
