[cisco-voip] Softkey template in 6921 !

Hi all. 
 
I  am using CUCM 8. I have 2 ip phones , 7962 and 6921. I wanted a DND  softkey 
while my phone is in on hook position. I configured the template  and assigned 
it to both 7962 and 6921 phone. Strange thing is, 7962 is  showing the new dnd 
button, but 6921 doesnt take any effect. I tried  changing dnd to other options 
but none are showing up in 6921.
 
Pls guide me
