[cisco-voip] CUPC 8.5 Edit Dial when dialing contacts?

I'm not a CUPC 8.5 expert and don't have a client I can test with, but in CUPC8.5  under Conversation History is there a way to Edit Dial to insert 9, etc.   Application dial rules were not in project scope, and I was planning for the end user to Right Click >  Edit Dial to insert 9,1 for calls, etc. Nothing in CUPC user guide discusses how-to Edit Dial.

This is similar to a 7940s > Corporate Directory >Edit Dial
