I guess you can use the RTMT to monitor this. Or grant the supervisor access
to the CCM page "Actively logged in device report" this can be found under
DEVICE \ PHONE.
Or add SD BLF's to the phone of the supervisor, the BLF's will be the DN's
of the agents. The supervisor would require a 796x with one or more KEM's
though.

Application
I want to allow a supervisor to monitor the status of a group of extensions.
Does anyone know of any applications that can provide real-time monitoring
of extensions other than Attendant Console speed dial lists?
Also, it would be useful to have historical call reports included although
this is a nice to have as there is a call logging platform available that
could meet this requirement.
