[cisco-voip] 2 call pick up groups

I have a secretary who needs to be in two call pick up groups.
One is for the main department and one is for her direct supervisor.
The main department has several users in the call pickup group. This
secretary's first button on her phone is programmed and working with
that call pickup group.
I am having a difficult time getting the 2nd call pick up group to work.
I need to have 2 separate call pick up groups because they each want
different ring settings.
Department wants 3 rings before going to call pickup group.
Director wants 5 rings before going to call pickup group.
Secretary has a sidecar for speed dial/BLF -and- Call Pickup is checked
for all of these.
I have the second button on the secretary's phone programmed to be in
the director's call pick up group. I have even changed all the settings
to test so that they are = to the department's call pick up group. The
harp sound does not happen unless I change the call pickup group to be
on button 1 of the secretary's phone.
Any ideas????
