[cisco-voip] UC on UCS

As far as I know,
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_Communications_Virtualization is the
gospel.

Supported hardware:
B200, M1 or M2
C200 M2 (limited capacity)
C210 M1 (no co-residency)
C210 M2

Things may run fine on B230's, but I wouldn't risk the potential for no TAC
support.
