[cisco-voip] Quality Manager

Hi All,
 
Does anybody know about CCX Quality manager server?
This server used for records and replays all or selected customer contacts for dispute resolution or to measure and improve customer contact quality.
I didn't konw the Server partNo. .... but the License Part Number of this server is: "CCX-80-N-QM-LIC"  CCX 8.0 NEW Quality Manager Named Seat Qty 1 LICENSE
 
I need any documentation for this server "Installation/Configuration" .... ???
