[cisco-voip] Query Cisco AXL interface On UCCX 8.0.2

Hi There,

I'm trying to query the Cisco AXL web interface on a Cisco Unified CCX server version 8.0.2.11002-3 but am getting access denied when going to:

https://<server<https://%3cserver> ip>:8443/axl/

and attempting to authenticate with the crsadmin user and password. If I try any other user or password I just get a 401 Authorisation Failed.
The Cisco AXL Service IS started - if I deactivate it and attempt to hit the URL above, I get an expected 404 Not Found response.

Anyone any ideas?

I AM able to authenticate against our Call Manager Publisher and Subscriber servers successfully with my AD credentials (for testing) and our Presence Cluster - it's just UCCX that is being difficult!
