Show ephone phone-load

Does show ephone phone-load show the actual phone load, or just what the CME thinks each phone should have? For example, if there is a valid registered phone but the phone-load in telephony-service for that device was configured incorrectly.

I didn't realize this command existed, and in the past I've used wget to manually pull the current version from each phone registered to CME. Go figure there's an easy way.
